Some of the Psychological approaches I use are: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic or Person Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Mindfulness. Treatment is tailored to the individual, rather than using a ‘one size fits all’ approach, and addresses a range of difficulties.
