After an initial discussion, if you decide that therapy is right for you, we would meet for an assessment. The assessment allows us both to ask questions and to find out more about each other, the issues you wish to address, the most appropriate and effective form of treatment, and its probable duration and cost.

Therapy usually takes place once per week and each session lasts 50 minutes.

Fees

The initial assessment fee is payable on the day of the session. Regular clients normally pay after they are invoiced at the end of the month, although some clients prefer to pay weekly. Fees are regularly reviewed and clients given one months notice of any increase

The full fee is chargeable if clients cancel a session within the week.
