Most of us, at some time or another, will experience difficulties with our thoughts, feelings, behaviour or relationships. Some of us might experience physical symptoms for which our GP can find no organic cause. Almost all of us want to get the most out of life. This is where psychologists can help.

- Depression
- Eating Disorders: anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder
- Post Traumatic Stress

- Adjustment to stressful life events - including bereavement, redundancy and divorce
- Coping with Stress and Ill Health
- Chronic Fatigue (ME)
- Anger Management
- Self-harm
- Relationship Problems
- Low Self-esteem
- Lack of Assertiveness
As well as CBT, counselling and psychotherapy, I also provide Life Coaching to help individuals develop their thinking and bring about life enhancing change.
Additionally, I can provide assessment for Autistic Spectrum Disorders, including Asperger's Syndrome, and offer support to the individual and their family.
